Overview
Anutio is an AI career platform. It maps where your skills can take you, teaches what you’re missing, and connects you with jobs and paid projects. The app puts all of that on your phone.
A lot of tools, a small screen
Career mapping, lessons, jobs, projects, resumes and community all had to fit a phone without feeling crowded.

One designer, two stores
I designed for iOS and Android alone, so a shared component library was essential.
My role
I was the sole designer on the app, responsible for every screen on both platforms.

The system
Every feature sits on a few shared parts, so a big product still feels like one app.
- Five-tab navigationHome, Career, Work, Circles and Settings. The active tab gets colour, a filled icon and a line on top, so you always know where you are, in both themes.
- Patra, always one tap awayThe AI career agent floats above the main screens, ready to help with whatever you are looking at.
- Shared cards and statesJobs, projects, circles and achievements use the same card, badge and empty-state patterns.
- Light and dark from one set of tokensColours are defined once and swap per theme, which is why every core flow exists in both.
Onboarding and home
One question at sign-up, student or employee, tailors everything after it. Home then answers “what should I do next?”: career actions, readiness for your target role, a streak, and matched work.
Career Map and resume
See which roles fit you and why, see the skills you are missing, then turn it all into a resume, with AI suggestions to sharpen it.
Personalised learning
Pick a goal and Anutio builds a learning path around it, then teaches with lessons, video and quick quizzes that show how you did.
Jobs
One Work tab holds jobs and project gigs. Best matches come first, every list can be filtered, and applying is pre-filled from your profile.
Talent matching
Employers bring real projects. You accept a match, see who you are working with, upload your work and get feedback.
Capture achievements
A guided form, situation, task, action and result, turns what you did into evidence. Skill tags and an AI summary make it resume-ready.
Circles
Career communities, redesigned: find a circle, post and comment in the feed, talk in channels and share resources.
Profile
A profile that doubles as a living CV: about me, experience, education and skills, editable from one place.
Messaging
Direct and group chat with replies, pinned messages, media, documents and polls. Designed in light mode.
Upgrade triggers
Free users meet the paid Catalyst plan inside the feature it unlocks: on home, in the Career Map, in skills analysis and in Circles. Every prompt leads to one clear upgrade screen.
